Hi I am an xfinity mobile customer and I need text transcript for one of my lines? Is this possible?

We do have text logs that include the time, date, and number messaged in our Xfinity Mobile App. To access this information go to Billing, select the billing period in question, then hit View Bill. On the bill page you will see all lines on your account listed, select the line you would like to view then you will see "Service with unlimited talk and text". Under that, there will be two blue hyperlinks with the number of calls and texts sent, click on the number of texts to view the logs. In order to access the content of any messages, you would need to call Verizon directly at 1-800-451-5242.

I apologize for the problems you are having with this request, Maria. This is the method our customers would have to follow to obtain their text message transcripts. Please explain you are not a Verizon customer, you need your text message transcripts for your Xfinity Mobile account when calling the above number. Please note your text message records are only retained for 6 months. 

Yes I told them that and they said I need to call xfinity not Verizon

View calls and texts: current billing cycle, xfinity mobile account or the xfinity mobile app.

• Select Billing .
• Under Current Cycle , select View Current Cycle to open your latest statement.
• Under Service & Devices , select the line for which you want to view calls and texts.

Xfinity App

• Download or open the Xfinity app.
• Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
• Select the Services tab.
• Select the Mobile lines and data usage located within the Mobile services card.
• Select the phone line that you’d like to view calls and text history from.
• You may be required to sign in again.

View Calls and Texts: Past Billing Cycles

• Under Payments , select the payment amount for the statement you want to view.
• Click on the highlighted dollar amount again on the following screen.
• Select the Account tab.
• Select the Xfinity Mobile billing card to display the billing details.
• Choose either Current statement to view your current bill or Statement history to view past statements.

Once in, you'll find information about your calls and messages, including:

• Date of call or text.
• Phone number called or texted.
• Time of call or text.
• Length of call.
