worst experience I've ever had with a clothing company. These guys shouldn't be in business. I returned boots back in February and haven't received my $80 refund and they haven't returned my emails. I'm sorry I didn't do more research on this company. I won't make that mistake again.

Awful. Please do not support or buy from this company. Not only are their products cheap and overpriced, but they also do not adhere to any normal human sizing standard. Save yourself from having to deal with their customer service, where they literally yell at their customers. They refuse to follow their own return policy guidelines. Stay away from this company. Shipped from China!

Website is based in China that lies about being the USA with very slow shipping and below mediocre products for high prices. I've seen their jacket being sold on another scam website except without the same brand patched on the chest. Purchase with caution, otherwise stay away. Their website also has an address that directs to a different website (also a scam) called melaninful.net selling clothes referencing black culture yet it's a Chinese-owned and taking advantage of the community by lying about being Black-owned!

Ordered two sweatshirts before Christmas shopping $100! One arrived yesterday, look at Hong Kong's long number beginning with YT, it says delivered.... where is other sweatshirt?! And free socks, where are they?! One would THINK entire order would be in ONE bag, wouldn't they?!

The store litactivewear is 100% scammers. They have another company - lattelierstore -that has almost the same clothes on their website.Never received the purchased item or a refund. Tracking numbers they send are fake. Even if they promise you to arrange a refund- don't believe it. Contact your bank or PayPal to dispute a charge!

I ordered from LIT on 11/30 and received it on 12/28. While the shipping was a month long, I did receive the jacket though it is completely not the right size and the site is definitely misleading. I'm trying to return an item for a refund. The quality of the sweatshirt is great. Customer service has not responded to my three requests for return/refund information.

I've requested information on how to make a return (wrong size) three times without any response whatsoever. Order #169849. The first email I sent was about 10 minutes after receiving the package. I waited a week to send the second and another week to send the third. But I feel my experience has been bad enough that I am justified in giving a 1 star rating at this time. I fear I will never see my $59 ever again and I'll have a sweatshirt I will never wear. I am sending another email to your customer service people. One last try.

Horrible customer service and way overpriced

My order was only partially filled, and when I contacted (by email, because they have no phone customer service), they just refunded the money and didn't bother to send the items. Also, this stuff is NOT affordable for the average consumer. It's very pricey for basic, everyday items. It washes up okay, but I don't expect it to last as long as other basic fleece items I have.

Sizing was off and when I finally received the last package it was obviously very different from the pictures on the site. Returned the package but never got my money back. Even paid alot for shipping it back. They promise to issue a refund but never do and stop answering emails. It's definitely a scam.

Terrible returns process, I lost my money

I actually like some of the items I've purchased from them A LOT. I find them to be well made unlike some reviewers. But the last purchase I tried to return items and the process was very confusing and, you have to email someone, and they give you a poorly worded description of how to send returns, it is super unclear, and you have to pay for return shipping. I didn't get a tracking number and so I guess I don't get a refund? I sent it to the address they stated, and included the receipt, my name and my order number. But I guess it's all on me to track the package? They won't even look for it because I have no tracking number. I just think this process is completely ridiculous. If you're an online company you should have this figured out and clearly write out your process for customers.

They price match

I found out that they actually price match which is good. Received the package in two week's time after I bought it on Black Friday so the wait wasn’t too bad at all given that I have an Altitude Sports’ order placed on BF that still hasn’t been dispatched….the quality of the LIT coat is fairly good compared to its price so overall I’m happy with the purchase!

Never recived any of the purchased product from my 298$ order. They replied on email BECOFE I ordered, failed to reply on my 10+ Emails regarding my missing order, and now 180 days later, when a refund wasn’t an option they wrote exactly that (no refund could be done) - and didn’t offer to resend my shipping. This is a scam!!!!

“DO NOT BUY LIT ACTIVEWEAR”

Seriously do not under any circumstances purchase anything from LIT! The quality is subpar, and they do not stand behind their products. If it is defective they will no even offer a return... what? I emailed them regarding a defective zipper and was told, and I quote, "you can figure it out yourself". (I have the emails!) What? Please please either save money and spend a bit more on reputable brands, or at least shop Amazon! Do not support this shady company!

If you get your LIT order and decide it’s not the right fit for your style, don’t worry, you can send it back for a full refund . The brand accepts returns on unwashed, unworn merchandise as long as you contact them within 10 days from the time your order arrives at your door.

Making a return is straightforward and involves just three simple steps:

• Get in touch. Shoot the brand an email and let them know what you’d like to return. Be sure to send a copy of the shipping receipt so that they can verify your order.
• Pack your order. LIT will send you a return address, and you’ll just need to package your item(s) and head to your local post office. The brand asks that you get a tracking number when you ship your package and that you send it along to them in an email.
• You get your refund. Once LIT receives your return package, it will take about 3-5 business days to process, and if approved, your refund will show up in your account within the next 2 billing cycles.
