You’ve watched them get married as strangers, now they’re putting their relationships to the ultimate test: couple’s therapy. And if you’re wondering who’s still together from 90 Day Fianc é : The Last Resort , buckle up because things are about to get messy.

There’s a lot of content to consume in the  90 Day Fiancé  universe. The original show follows couples who have received a K-1 visa, which is uniquely available to betrothed partners of US citizens.  The Other Way  is exactly what it sounds like—American couples who move to their partner’s home country. “It’s about love,”  90 Day Fiancé  executive producer, Matt Sharp, told  Gold Derby  in May 2022 when asked what makes the TLC reality TV series so popular.

He continued: “Love is primal, but I think we tapped into a couple of things. One is that this show is incredibly authentic. I’m a huge lover of  The Bachelor  and that franchise, however, we were one of the first shows to actually tell real stories about ordinary Americans and their love journeys. Also, this show is about this journey with other cultures. When we launched this show in 2014, we were on the ‘love frontier’ of this whole new era of finding people all over the world.”

He continued: “This is the most diverse show on television,” Sharp asserted. “You can challenge me on it. We featured people from 51 countries at this point. We have subtitles. We have people that don’t speak the same language and have completely different cultures. We’re trying to tell unique stories every time and when we’re in the casting process we’re evaluating people based on their personalities, backgrounds and their stories, but also we just want to tell unique, fresh, interesting stories.” So who’s still together? After meeting on 90 Day: The Single Life and starting a relationship, Ed and Liz experienced several highs and lows. They moved in together and got engaged, but they’ve also broken up around a dozen times. Between the trust issues and conflicting goals, it hasn’t been an easy road for Ed and Liz — but they’re not ready to give up.

“I don’t think we actually know the count anymore, to be honest,” the reality star admitted during an interview with  E! News . But, she joked, “I have enough diamonds to make up for every breakup.” Liz noted that she’s “still wearing a ring,” while Ed coyly noted, “I don’t have a ring yet.”

On The Sarah Fraser Show podcast, part one of which was published on August 21, 2023, Liz and Ed spoke about how their relationship seems stronger than ever and why Liz has another engagement ring. They also answered the question of why they’ve kept coming back together, to which they both agreed that “we’re never ready to leave each other at the same time,” Ed said. “When you’re ready to leave each other at the same time, then it’s over.”

Are Jovi and Yara still together?

Status: Unknown.

They got married, welcomed precious daughter Mylah into their lives, and compromised on their living situation. However, the path to a successful marriage is rarely a smooth one. Deciding where to raise their child, trying for another baby, suffering a miscarriage, and dealing with long distances due to Jovi’s job have been hot topics for the couple, among many others. Their disagreements about future plans have them at a stalemate.

As of May 2023, according to a selfie shared on Instagram , their relationship was doing OK but they clearly have some stuff to sort out by opting to go on The Last Resort.

Are Angela and Michael still together from 90 Day Fiance: The Last Resort? We first met Angela and Michael in the second season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days . Unfortunately, years of long-distance love have certainly taken its toll on their relationship. Questionable social media activity, differing values, conflicting goals, and trust issues have all led to countless arguments — some worse than others. At the end of the day, Angela and Michael always found their way back to each other.

But in the teaser video of   90 Day Fiancé,   Angela breaks the unexpected news to Michael. “I do love you, Michael, with all my heart,” she says tearfully. “But these are divorce papers.” Though it might be unexpected to him, the  90 Day Fiancé  crew were hinting about the split ever since  Happily Ever After.

“Right now,  divorce  is definitely on the table,” Angela told cameras in the show aired in January. “I’m definitely gonna file. That doesn’t mean I’m gonna sign. I’m mentally exhausted and I’m very hurt. With Michael’s lying and all, and all the stuff I just found out, I don’t think he’s ever loved me. I think he loves me ’cause everything I’ve done for him, but he can’t tell me why he’s in love with me.”

Are Kalani and Asuelu still together?

Status: Split.

Are Kalani and Asuelu still together from 90 Day: The Last Resort ? It doesn’t appear so. On July 13, 2023, The Sun reported that Kalani had moved on from Asuelu with a man by the name of Dallas Nuez—the “tattooed man” and “hall pass” she teased on an episode that aired on August 21, 2023.

Let’s get their background straight. Asuelu wanted to save his marriage after his infidelity, so he gave Kalani a “hall pass” so that she could go and kiss anyone she wanted to. “But he only told me that because he thought I wouldn’t do anything,” Kalani said, but she did.

Then, on the episode of 90 Day that aired on August 21, Kalani and Asuelu had a massive argument about said “hall pass” when she confessed she had feelings for him. “I took Asuelu up on the hall pass when he cheated because sexually, I’ve only been with Asuelu and I just wanted to see what it was like,” she said in a confessional interview. “But once I got to know this other person better, I ended up liking the other man. So I don’t know.”

Asuelu told her he was “really mad and upset” because it was “painful” to learn that Kalani had fallen for another man. Later, she explained, “I only slept with you before him. You realize, right? So yes, it’s a big deal for me to sleep with somebody else who’s not my husband, so I had to keep a connection with him.”

We were first introduced to Kalani and Asuelu in Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance , while Kalani was on vacation in Asuelu’s native country of Samoa. They quickly got pregnant and welcomed their first child, son Oliver, in January 2018. Now, the couple is entering the resort in a state of relationship crisis. As they navigate their trust issues, huge revelations come to light. Trying to reconnect through therapy, can Kalani and Asuelu move past their indiscretions and find love again?

In a preview clip for season 1 of 90 Day: The Last Resort , Kalani said cheating was one of the reasons their relationship is on the rocks. “We’re here because we’ve had a lot of issues with infidelity. We are trying to figure that out and I think the biggest thing for us is that we are trying to figure it out for our kids,” Kalani said before Asuelu added, “I feel like the reason why we’re here is because of me.” He added, through tears: “I have a lot of things that I need to work on myself. I know what I did is really bad. I just need to get the answer of my own problems that I have.”

On Instagram in late August 2023, one of Kalani’s followers asked if she would ever expose the woman Asuelu cheated with, but Kalani rejected the idea. She said, “No, I would never expose that person. If they choose to do that, that is their business.”   The  90 Day Fiancé  star added that Asuelu lied about being single, so it wasn’t the woman’s fault. Kalani concluded her message by warning the woman. She added,  “ Babe, please take that sh*t to the f—king grave. Don’t ever expose yourself. Don’t tell anyone it was you. The internet is a very mean place.”

Based on their respective social media activities, it seems they’re not still together, as Asuelu seems to be enjoying solo travel and was even spotted getting cuddly with fellow co-star Winter Everett. Meanwhile, Kalani has been enjoying life in Orange County.

Are Molly and Kelly still together?

Are Molly and Kelly still together from 90 Day Fiance: The Last Resort ? We’re not sure. Molly and Kelly’s romance started on 90 Day: The Single Life . Unfortunately, they’ve reached a point where they struggle to communicate. After a few short months of living together in Georgia, Molly and Kelly separated and are questioning if they really know each other at all.

“Close to Thanksgiving 2022, Molly decided it was best for her to end her relationship with Kelly due to unhealthy stressors, challenges, and odd aggressive behavior,” Molly’s manager, Dominique Enchinton, owner of Dominton Talent House, told InTouch in February 2023. “Many of these concerns were becoming more visible and frequent privately and during public appearances. These concerns began shortly after Kelly’s retirement and his relocation to Georgia to be near Molly.”

With that knowledge, it’s fair to wonder why they’re on 90 Day: The Last Resort if they’ve been broken up for almost a year at this point. On July 3, 2023, a warrant was out for Kelly’s arrest o following the physical altercation. “Simple battery/physical harm, battery, terroristic threats/acts and harassing communications,” were offenses listed against Kelly. Despite this, they still believe there’s hope in reconciliation. “After a few short months of living together in Georgia, Molly and Kelly separated and are questioning if they really know each other at all. They actively work together to rekindle the romance,” TLC revealed. They do not appear to follow each other on social media, so it’s not looking good.

Angela Deem has undoubtedly been making the first season of 90 Day: The Last Resort a memorable one.

She’s been pulling typical Angela stunts like screaming, getting in peoples’ faces, and being crass.

Normally, her antics are aimed at Michael, but for this spinoff, he’s only been seen on iPad and phone screens, as he’s still in Nigeria while he takes a part in this experience remotely.

Meanwhile, Angela has been at the Florida resort in person, whooping it up with the other 90 Day: The Last Resort cast.

Most recently, she made up with Liz Woods after getting in her face during a drunken evening that went way too far.

Now, Angela is teasing that she’s been keeping a secret from Michael, and it’s likely to come out during the next episode.

Dr. Janie Lacy, the psychotherapist working with the cast on 90 Day: The Last Resort, shared a new sneak peek for the next episode. In it, we learn precisely what Angela has been keeping from Michael.

In it, Dr. Lacy asks Angela, “Does Michael know that you came to the retreat with divorce papers?”

Angela answered, “No.”

We still don’t know if Angela will actually use those divorce papers or if she’s just being dramatic. It’s not the first time she’s threatened to leave Michael, as the pair have a volatile relationship.

Dr. Lacy teased that there’s even more to come, too. In the video’s caption, she wrote, “Attention 90 Day Fiancé fans! 🌎💑 Our exciting journey continues on ‘The Last Resort.’ Don’t forget to catch the next episode, airing every Monday at 9 PM ET. Angela reveals a big secret after squashing beef with Liz

Angela Deem has a hot temper , and she seems to get over her anger as quickly as she gets into it.

The initial issue between Angela and Liz started in the hot tub after Angela defended Big Ed during an altercation with Kelly.

Angela started getting boisterous and splashed water that hit Liz. When Liz started to get out of the hot tub, she said, “I love you, Angie, but you speak over everyone.”

That set Angela off and she chased Liz down to get in her face while screaming with hands flying.

Liz was just trying to get away, but Angela wouldn’t let her as she continued ranting while the crew made sure to get in there and break it up before things got physical.

It didn’t take long for the two to make up , though many 90 Day: The Last Resort viewers couldn’t believe it. When Molly held her lingerie party in her room, Angela and Liz were right back to being friends.

Angela even shared a sneak peek clip from the evening and made sure to shout out “Lizzy” in it, telling her that she loved her.

90 Day: The Last Resort airs Mondays at 9/8c on TLC.

90 Day: The Last Resort's Couples Therapy Feels Fake To Me In One Major Way

Is this really therapy?

Warning! The following contains spoilers for the 90 Day: The Last Resort episode "Last Life." Read at your own risk!

90 Day: The Last Resort only has a couple of episodes left, and for some couples, it feels like no progress was made in solving their issues during the spinoff's run so far. While I'd suspect that conclusion isn't exclusive to the couples involved in this particular situation, something about the TLC all-star series has become increasingly bothersome to the point it makes the therapy feel fake. There's a lot of major drama happening outside of all the 90 Day Fiancé couples' troubles, and the common denominator is alcohol. 

Alcohol was a factor regarding Angela Deem and Liz Woods' big fight , and Jovi and Yara Dufren also had their own tiff fueled by another incident involving alcohol. I could continue on down the list of similar goings-on that can be revisited via streaming with a Max subscription , but the latest episode seemed to effectively lay out why the near-constant drinking has harmed more of the therapy process than it ever helped. 

The Castmembers Are Seemingly Allowed To Drink In Excess

I don't think there's anything wrong with the 90 Day Fiancé cast members indulging in a drink or twelve during this retreat, but if they're drinking seemingly every day and/or night, to the point where Asuelu Pulaa is butt-naked and dancing over the top of a lit fire pit, there might be some overindulgence happening. And that was actually the second time we've seen someone get completely naked on 90 Day: The Last Resort , for the record, since Big Ed Brown flashed Angela early on. 

All of this made for great reality television, but based on the complaints from attendees of the resort during filming, it was a problem. If the partying was so rowdy and distracting for other attendees, I'd argue they were focusing harder on the partying than they ever were on couples' therapy. 

The Drinking Has Led To Problems That Add On Top Of The Therapy

Drinking definitely negatively impacted Molly Hopkins and Kelly Brown 's relationship, as they began airing out their dirty laundry related to struggling in their sessions with all of the other cast members. I would assume the coaches would advise against them talking about their sessions with other cast members (or anyone, really), especially not in a toxic manner where they're encouraging others to decide who is right and who is wrong. That's not therapy. 

More than once, the relationship coaches have had to deal with issues that resulted from the cast members drinking the night before. It happened when Angela had a fight with Liz, resulting in guests at the resort complaining about Angela's behavior, and again when Ed and Liz had an alcohol-fueled fight. At some point, one would think the coaches would try to squash the after-therapy drinking sessions, but we're near the end, and it's still happening. 

While we know at least one of these couples is headed for marriage after this therapy, there are a couple of others in trouble. We've reported on rumors saying Kalani Faagata used her hall pass and moved on from Asuelu, and that Molly filed a police report against Kelly after filming was completed for allegedly choke-slamming her daughter. I'd like to see 90 Day: The Last Resort return for another season, but only if it's seriously committed to helping couples heal and not creating new problems with the late-night hangs made for reality television. 

90 Day: The Last Resort airs on TLC on Mondays at 9:00 p.m. ET. We're nearing the end of the spinoff, but fortunately, we already know who will be on the upcoming season of 90 Day Fiancé kicking off in October. Spoiler alert: none of these couples are involved, but there is plenty of reason to watch.
